You'll want to check the wiring at the cluster to see if everything is attached as it should be. A diagnostic tool can be used to "active command" the gauges to see if they respond through the module. If they do not respond, then it's likely in the circuitry at the cluster or the gauges individually. It could also be wiring related; hands on testing is needed.
