What is your question?
I just had the Radiator replaced less than two months ago due to the O2 sensor code being thrown and my vehicle not having any heat. I thought it was gonna be a thermostat that needed replaced they said they found a crack in my radiator leaking so they replaced the radiator. Now I’m having those three codes listed above thrown along with the message on my dashboard that says engine heat AC off. The car now has a loud hum/fan noise when it’s running. The heat still works. Temp gauge at zero, crappy fuel economy. Coolant reservoir is at optimal level with coolant. No leaks underneath the car. I don’t know what to do from here. If anyone knows anything about this could they please give me some sort of insight as to what to do? Should I just look into purchasing another vehicle and getting rid of this one because I purchase this one used from a private seller or is there a simple fix to this?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing really?
How long has your 2007 Chevrolet Equinox had this problem?

P0449 refers to an evaporative emissions system issue, which is not likely to cause your described concerns. P0420 refers to "bank 1" of the engine (comprised of cylinders 1 2 and 3) catalytic converter not being functional or efficient. This would also not be likely to cause your described concerns. P0128 relates to coolant temperature - which is reacting to an engine temperature concern. I cannot figure where a radiator replacement has anything to do with an oxygen sensor being needed or a code related to oxygen sensor performance. It just does not make any sense to me. A crack in your radiator - yes, that makes sense, to replace it. I would be concerned about your engine cooling fan not working properly maybe - which could cause that loud noise and hum when running. It could be ineffective at cooling the engine when stopped at idle or in bumper to bumper traffic. I would check and verify that you actually have engine temperature concerns, or if it's an erroneous reading. Also I would check your cooling fans for proper operation. A final note: once you resolve this supposed overheating issue, then troubleshooting will be needed for the catalytic converter issue and evaporative emissions issue. Don't let them go!
