Car started having all kinds of electrical issues. Horn,wipers,and lights coming on and off. Now it won't even start. It kinda smells of a electrical fire.

What is your question?

Took battery and had it checked,all good. Checked all fuses,all good. I hear 1 click sound when I turn the key. I have had trouble turning the key sometimes,and on some starts it would start,then flutter and die.

What makes this problem better or worse?
