Car pulls to left when driving and accelerating. Pulls right when deaccelerating

Car was hit while parked on left side tire, pushing right side tire into curb. Right rim replaced. Vehicle was aligned. Shop said I will have to live with problem. While driving I have to constantly steer right otherwise car will veer left. When letting off the gas car goes right.
