Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. First question - why was the camshaft sensor replaced in the first place? It's extremely unlikely that your camshaft sensor was faulty in the first place. A sensor can only be installed one way. The only question would be the integrity of the wiring connector - is it attached properly? Is the hard-shell snapped in securely? I would perform testing to find out what is causing the check engine light to come on. This will be a clue to help troubleshoot the concern - whether influenced by the camshaft sensor or not. The air conditioning not blowing cold is likely related to the fan not wanting to turn on.
