What is your question?
Car cut off during parked idle. Recently had timing belt and battery replaced, throttle body cleaned, and idle speed raised to 1100 rpm. Starting idle is consistent at start but lowers to about 700 after driving. Still sputters at idle like it might shut off. Any ideas?
How long has your 2014 Chevrolet Cruze had this problem?
Coupke of months

Hi, my name is Devin. I am an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team here at RepairPal. So sorry to hear you're having trouble with your vehicle. It sounds like your Cruze might have a few potential issues causing the sputtering at idle. Since you've recently replaced the timing belt and had the throttle body cleaned, it's possible that the issue could be related to a vacuum leak, a sensor malfunction, or even a problem with the fuel system. A vacuum leak can cause unsteady idle and sputtering, especially when the engine is idling at a lower RPM. Another possibility is a dirty or failing mass airflow sensor (MAF) or an idle air control valve (IAC). These components regulate the air entering the engine and can cause idle issues if they aren't functioning properly. Fuel delivery problems, such as a clogged fuel injector or a failing fuel pump, could also be at play. Since the problem persists after the repairs you've done, a thorough diagnostic scan to check for any stored trouble codes might help pinpoint the exact cause.
