I'm sorry, can't guess on this one. Best guess would be: If a contaminant was placed into the fuel system, the entire fuel system likely must be replaced and the fuel tank cleaned thoroughly. This includes flushing lines, replacing injectors, fuel pump, fuel rail and too forth.
Get your self an in person diagnosis and probably get your insurance company involved too.
