Do I need to get the kit and timing belt? I just prefer the belt like in past.

I'm at 100k miles on 2014 Chevy Cruze Sedan. I feel I only need the timing belt and not the kit too. I only had belts on past cars driven 237k miles and not kit. I feel they just want more money by selling me the kit as well.

What makes this problem better or worse?

No problem just warning popped up
