What is your question?
I have had a problem with my car not starting after I drive it for a few minutes. It turns over but won't catch. If i jump start it, or unplug and replug the purge valve, it'll start. I smell gas/exhaust during idling and It has also made the injectors leak a couple times. No codes and I have replaced the purge valve. Still no solution
What makes this problem better or worse?
Driving longer distances
How long has your 2014 Chevrolet Cruze had this problem?
Few months

If you smell gas then you need to start by finding the leak. Look at the fuel rail and injectors and follow the fuel lines back to fully inspect them. If the injectors are leaking you will need to start by replacing the injector o-rings. If you can't find a leak then use this link to find a good shop near you.https://repairpal.com/repair-shops Alex
i would tow the car to a shop and have them check fuel lines, if no fuel is getting to the system and you have a leak then thats why. spark, ignition, and fuel is what starts a car. mechanics will use these common grounds when a vehicle comes in, be honest and tell the mechanic everything though so they can fully find your issues.
the car could be reading the fumes, or the leak or whatever the case may be. all newer cars are all electrical and have a lot of safety features and your issues for the starting and the valve is all mixed into why this is happening. let me know what you decide to do and what the issues is please. very curious to know
The only problem we have now is the no start. It’ll crank but not catch. If I jump it ,or unplug and replug the purge valve, it’ll start up. No CEL or anything on.
