Hello, I’m Pete from the Car Genius team at RepairPal. Having an extra space or connection/outlet with the clutch hydraulic hose connector in many cases can be due to certain options that were put on some models and not on others. If nothing is leaking from the connection or space then most likely this is an extra area for a feature your model may not have. The best way to find out for sure is to use your VIN info and contact a dealer parts department for your Chevrolet Cruze and they can usually look it up to let you know if something should be located in that area to be sure. They will usually look into this at no charge to you. If you need more advice, or have any further questions about your vehicle, we’re here to help.
