What is your question?
I was coming home from work and I notice the engine spitting and not running right running rough and I thought I could get it back home and it died down the road and now it won’t start and before it shut off the engine was flickering and then when it did the engine light stays on now and throwing po300 code and saying my throttle positions sensors 1 and 2 have low voltage and won’t start. I don’t hear any thing out of the ordinary I just hear it cranking and there is brand new plugs and coil on the car along with a crankshaft sensor and cam.
What makes this problem better or worse?
I am going to check the fuel pump by spraying starter fluid in my car to see if it starts
How long has your 2011 Chevrolet Cruze had this problem?
I had this last week happened to me

Hello, I wouldn't even think about throttle position sensors until you investigate if the vehicle engine is timed properly, has proper compression, has fuel delivery, ignition spark and the right amount of air to the intake manifold. Here again sensors and parts have been thrown at the vehicle without proper testing - something I often read in this forum. What testing has been performed? What else has been recently been performed on the vehicle perhaps? It sounds like something significant occurred but I have no clues as to why, if any are available. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
