What is your question?
I changed thermostat, the 2 sensors, and the air filter, and I know there is no leaking water.
What makes this problem better or worse?
It's makes it better with I go slower about 40 mph or less over then that it starts heating up
How long has your 2011 Chevrolet Cruze had this problem?

Hello, Think about the cooling fan -- is it working? Is there air flow through the radiator to cool the coolant? If overheating has occurred, make sure you check the engine for internal coolant leaks also. A head gasket breach may have occurred.
Good morning, Just to make sure I understand It operates fine under 40 mph but overheats above 40 mph? I would check to make sure there is nothing blocking the air thru the radiator, the fans only come into play under 30 mph over that the air being forced thru the radiator is more than the fans pull thru. I think you have coolant flow or blockage in radiator. Possible waterpump problem, fan belt too loose or blockage in radiator
