How prevalent is a leaking head gasket on 2011Chevy Cruze?

My local dealer told me that I need a complete engine reseal. Says that all the oil seals, Rear main seal, oil pan gasket and several others, need to be replaced. He also said that my head gasket is leaking. Gave me a repair estimate of a little over $3000 to fix all of it. Is this something that happens a lot to 2011 Cruzes? Is this a fair price? I see no evidence of any oil leaks. The driveway has no oil spots, I don't smell oil burning and the car uses no oil at all. Seems to me I would have some sign of these problems. Especially the head gasket would make the car run differently than it did before the leak occurred.
