After my thermostat housing was replaced, I now get a diagnostic error code P0365, Camshaft position sensor. My car now misfires when starting.

Since the camshafts position sensor is located in the immediate proximity of the thermostat housing - I highly recommend returning to the installer for *hands-on* inspection / evaluation.

You may wish to have an automobile savvy friend take a look at the sensor and the wiring connector that goes to the sensor .. Sensor and wiring are conspicuously located just above the thermostat at rear of engine (drivers side) .. Do not know ‘your’ skill level.
