Hi, my name is Devin. I am an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team here at RepairPal. I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Corvette. If the inside of your rear passenger tire is wearing out faster than the rest, that usually points to an alignment issue such as out of specification camber or toe settings. That loud noise over potholes could be a sign of a damaged suspension arm, bushing, or shock absorber that’s affecting alignment. A worn or damaged shock also has reduced ability to control suspension movement when going over bumps which can also cause abnormal tire wear. I’d recommend getting a full suspension inspection and a four-wheel alignment to catch anything a quick oil change check might miss.
