What causes high engine temp and high transmission temperature in manual shift?

Hi, although I cannot tell for sure why this would happen, I would take it at face value; the actual temperature off the transmission and engine should be measured to determine if it is actually overheating or if there is a software or measurement issue. Overheating would be a big issue! So definitely get it checked to see if it's a legitimate measurement.
