window only goes up 3/4 of the way. Also door will not open with inside button

There is a draw on the battery when car is off checked in the dar no lights on after disconnecting battery and charging window on d.s. will not go up will go down but not 3/4 up. door will not open from inside with button, car is off shifter in park had to manually open door. door will open from outside I'm stumped thinking window regulation failed (module) this is an electrical issue not mechanical think you
