2007 corvette charging system

You say it is charging at 14 amps -- this is nowhere near enough. We were speaking voltage, 14 volts is fine. But amperage would be much much higher. You can't "clear" the message. The message is a direct result of measured output of your charging system. Either the alternator itself is a concern or the wiring associated is a concern.
