It should be a simple diagnosis. You need to check power to the horn when applied. The horn grounds to the body. If no power, other tests are performed at the horn relay, where you can check power supply(fuse), and ground from the horn button. Let me know if we can help. Flower Hill Automotive 301-869-8900
