Clutch pedal stuck to the floor but after about 15 minutes it was working ok again

We were in a parade, and this happened at after about an hour of slow driving/stopping. I would depress the clutch and it would stick to the floor so I would have to pull it up with my foot--Then, after we sat there for about 15 minutes it worked just like normal
