P0141 refers to the bank1, sensor 1 heater circuit. P0161 refers to the bank2, sensor 1 heater circuit. P0171 bank 1 system too lean. P0174 bank 2 system too lean. Get the system checked out by a Corvette or GM specialist. I doubt that all 4 oxygen sensors failed unless there's excessive oil or coolant in the exhaust stream.
