What is your question?
I got head gasket rebuilt, I drove the car 2 weeks later, and a hole blew out from my oil pan? Could that be from the gasket rebuild ?

A hole in your oil pan isn't from your lifters. It's from a connecting rod that must have let go due to lower end engine damage. Something obviously has been compromised inside your engine, possibly before the head gasket repairs were carried out. Way too hard to know what is going on without knowing the entire story of what precipitated the head gasket replacement in the first place. At this point, however, damage sounds pretty catastrophic!
