Blower has no force

What is your question?

There is no force coming out of any of the vents. When turning up the blower, it does com out a little better but not enough to even defrost windows. You can here the blower blowing harder and when turning on the air conditioning , the blower intensity increases listening to it, but it does not come out of vents any faster. Seems like there is something blocking or restricting the blower.
