2010 Chevy Colorado 4x4 LT Z71 transmission control module location?

The transmission control module, for what it's worth, is located on the firewall of the passenger side of the engine compartment. What are you planning doing with it? Rarely, if ever, does the TCM have anything to do with the absolute failure of engagement. A good diagnostic tool and know how, shop manual and wiring information can help diagnose your concern. Have you checked the fluid to ensure it is clean and full?

If the selector is moving and your fluid is full and clean then disconnect one of your transmission lines and start engine and if no fluid flows from line then pump could have broke. If fluid flows then maybe torque converter may be the problem but not likely. I would guess the pump
