The door ajar alarm, key in switch alarm, and the dome doesn't go off

Sounds like one or more of the switches that identifies if a door is open or closed is not working and is showing a door as open. This would sound the alarms as stated even though the doors are closed. Check each door by opening and closing it -- check the door latches to make sure they are free; spray penetrant (like a WD-40) on door hinges and any ajar switch at the door jam -- I'm not sure if the switch is in the latch or is separate on this vehicle. If nothing else, a diagnostic test with body module capable equipment can tell which door is showing "open" so you can check it directly.
