Power locks, windows, and remote locks don't work after installing new battery

Hi, I installed a new battery today and since then my drivers side window will not go up or down(the passenger side works fine), the power locks inside the truck do not lock or unlock the truck, and the lock/unlock buttons do not work at all. I can hear a clicking inside the fuse box when I push the unlock button on my remote. Everything worked properly before I had the new battery put in. I heard the computer needs to be reset after installing a new battery and I was wondering if you people think this is the problem. If it is, how do I reset the computer? Thank you for your time.
