Hi, I'm one of the auto experts on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Great work in isolating the circuits that the issue seems to be stemming from. Because the symptoms are resolved when the fuses are replaced, it is definitely something affecting those circuits. The fact that both fuses blows again right away, tells me that there is a significant short in the system. I would recommend bringing this to a qualified shop who can pull up a wiring diagram of the two circuits and trace down where the short in the system is. You could be looking at a failed component that is shorting out internally or a chaffed, pinched or otherwise damaged wire(s).
