It does have a sunroof and I've noticed the passenger rear side panel get a little wet and also I've got water built up in the trunk around the spare tire what do I need to look for to find the leak?

A common cause of water leaking inside a vehicle is clogged moon roof drain tubes. Debris gets inside, and the only place the water from rain or a car wash can go is inside the vehicle. Open the moon roof and have a look for the drain holes. Check for debris around them and clean it out. Inside the holes there can be debris also -- some compressed air at an auto shop -- or even a can of pressurized air -- can help clear that area out. Worst cases require accessing the tubes themselves inside the headliner inside the car to clear them out. Sometimes the tubes can be kinked even.
