A common cause of water leaking inside a vehicle is clogged moon roof drain tubes. Debris gets inside, and the only place the water from rain or a car wash can go is inside the vehicle. Open the moon roof and have a look for the drain holes. Check for debris around them and clean it out. Inside the holes there can be debris also -- some compressed air at an auto shop -- or even a can of pressurized air -- can help clear that area out. Worst cases require accessing the tubes themselves inside the headliner inside the car to clear them out. Sometimes the tubes can be kinked even. Now -- this is all a guess -- as many things can cause water leaks. Seals, weatherstrips, windows, body seams...all can cause leaks. Water testing is needed. Good luck!
