That is a common code on the Cobalts. Could be one of 3 things: Intake Camshaft Position (CMP) Actuator Solenoid Camshaft Position (CMP) Actuator Solenoid Exhaust Camshaft Position (CMP) Actuator Solenoid and Intake Camshaft
