Heat worked night before next morning nothing will blow at all dead.

Just dead no air blowing at all. Took to repair shop was told needed new blower motor. Waiting on part I picked car up told they havnt touched or repaired anything yet pulled out and blower works now and stil works this morning. I feel like they were out for money. What else could be the problem???
