Fix for a p0315 issue.

The crankshaft variation relearn on your 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt must be performed using a scan tool, it may need to be the factory scan tool. The relearn procedure is part of the "special functions" section of the scan tool. The relearn procedure is generally only necessary after certain components are replaced, it is not a maintenance type item.
