Power Steering Warning Message

The driver info panel is sending a message saying Power Steering and powewr steering goes out while driving,after stopping and resarting the car it works fine,,what do I need to check,,the owners manual says have it checked by the dealer,,the power steering is electrical according to the owners manual,,never knew there was an electrical steering system on cars,,the fuse appears to be ok.
