What is your question?
Just replaced the trans on my cobalt 2.2 and I double checked all wiring and everything it wont start and the ignition is backwards when I go to try and start it nothing, I try to turn it off and take keys out it wants to turn over, accessories mode is still normal im sure it will start once the anti theif light is off but I can't reset it unt my ignition is fixed. My question is what is causing my ignition to do the only thing I remember is the key was in the ignition when I hooked up the battery does anyone have a wiring diagram making sure my grounds are hooked up correctly

Definitely something is not "correct" and must be resolved. You can obtain wiring diagrams online via ALLDATA or MITCHELL ONE -- try those places for resources. No one here can share copyrighted materials. If the ignition is "backwards" then there sure is something that needs to be found and resolved -- it'll take undoing everything done perhaps and reviewed.
