My 06 cobalt won't go anywhere when I let off clutch tries to pull a little bit won't go

What is your question?

When clutch is pushed it makes a whining sound and it tries to pull a little in gear but don't choke itself off or anything. Goes in reverse alittle more than 1st. gear. Also tries to pull a little more when I turn the wheels to one side or the other.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Turning the wheels makes it want to pull a bit more. When you rev engine it kinda wants to pull also

How long has your 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt had this problem?
