just fixed the gear switch sensor on 2006 chevy cobalt and now no power steering

What is your question?

So I took out the gear shifter and found that the shifter lever was stuck. Resolved that issue and after putting the console back together I found that I have zero power steering and the info display says check airbag. I cannot switch the info to anything else. I am at a loss her. No idea why this happened.

What makes this problem better or worse?
