car wouldnt start

What is your question?

recently started dying when you first start to move the vehicle or when you stop at intersection or slow down. Yesterday, drove for about 13 miles, stopped & tried to start, wouldn't start till after 3rd try. Drove back the 13 miles. Never started again. Have bright lights, radio on, keys remote works, just wouldnt turn over. Was suggested it was starter?? And where is the starter located? Is there a map of the where the parts are under the hood?
