The car is running and I come to a red light...as soon as I stop; more times than not, there will be a loud vibrating noise coming from under the dash..even when the heat or a/c is off..also no check engine light is on..

That one is a tough one, over the internet. It might be a broken engine mount or broken exhaust part. You will need someone to take a look. Go to a place that offers free exhaust inspection.
