Hello, The ECU can run in "open loop" when there is a fault detected, and will not use O2 sensor information to determine the needed air/fuel ratio. If this is the case, your check engine light will be on, and you will need to scan the vehicle to find the fault codes (and post them here). Otherwise, you must test the circuit for the O2 sensor in question, and determine if there is damage to the ECU, wiring, or the O2 sensor itself.
