1988 Chevrolet celebrity Eurosport. 110k Trying to get to the heater hoses!! Without moving the power steering reservoir. What would be the best tool to be able to get in there to take it off? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!!

Google > hose clamp removal tool - check out the choices - I find the flexible ‘cable controlled’ works best.
Possibly better working under vehicle to access clamps.
