clicking noise

it has something to do with the air flap that opens and closes to allow air in. or something like that. it is like a gear is broken. my car does the same thing, i have had my dad take apart the dash to try to repair it and have had mechanics look at it and quote me around 600 dollars to fix it. it is nothing that is effecting your car the way it drives. mainly it is annoying!

flap at bottom of heater in front,,remove flap and it works ok

No clicking but a small humm maybe
