What is your question?
The car starts and idles bad. Shakes badly when starting and stopping. Doesn't seem to have enough power. Shifts poorly very slow in acceleration. Acts like it's not getting enough gas. I'm thinking it's either the throttle body or censor,or bad fuel injector. Problem just started all of a sudden after a bad ice storm.
How long has your 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier had this problem?

You will need a diagnostic tool that can monitor components as well as check for any diagnostic trouble codes (DTC's). You will also need a voltmeter / ohmmeter / multi-tester, and a fuel pressure gauge. First check for any codes. Then check for fuel pressure at the engine. Check for ignition spark, proper air intake, exhaust restrictions. Check engine timing and compression. Since the concern happened after an event (the ice storm), inspect the vehicle underneath for any signs of damage physically to any components.
