What is your question?
When turning front wheels there is a binding spring sound. I noticed the spring turns when the wheel is turned but kind of binds. Is the spring supposed to turn freely?

Hello, the first place I would look is at the upper bearing plates / top strut mounts of the suspension. These are the plates on top of the springs. Have the struts recently been serviced or replaced? It's sometimes a good idea to replace these plates / bearings at the time of service because they can be noisy and bind. I cannot say this for sure, of course without a good physical inspection, but would start looking there. Good luck!
