Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. I do not know of any "relearn procedure". If you replace components and do not have a diagnostic tool to reset codes, you can try to disconnect the battery for a period of time to let everything race. After this it will take some time driving the vehicle for parameters to be relearned. All of this assumes that the parts are replaced were needed and will resolve some thing that was going on in the first place.
