This has had 3 timing chain,tentoiner and upper gear replaced.

The crank gear appears to be heat treated and not worn,didnt replace,the 3rd time the oil galley plug was removed and the galley was cleaned,also when applying shop air to it,you could see it coming out the front main bearing,I didnt soak the chain this time before insstallation,the noise is back,at this time not as loud,should i drill out the oil whole in the freze plug oil cap,slightly bigger?
