Overheating

What is your question?

Hi The car overheats (passing the 90 degree mark) notice oil sweats near the head gasket. I supposed that’s from the engine being too hot at one point. I noticed the cooling fan doesn’t work. Although the temperature holds some stability when I turn the heater on. Should I buy a new fan along with a new sensor, as I am not sure which of the two are faulty if not both. Please advise.
