My parking lights or exterior lights won't come on at all!

For the past week when it's dark and i turn on my head lights my parking lights or exterior lights in the back don't come on at all my turn signal quit in the rear around the same time abd they said at advance that I have a ground wire shorted out on the passenger side for the turn signal idk if that has anything to do with my parking lights just thought I would add it so what should I do too fix the problem? Is it a fuse or relay? I checked all the fuses they were good
