cooling fan not working.

What is your question?

the cooling fan not work when i have the temp. sensor plug in, but when i unplug the temp. sensor the fan work, the check engine light comes on, codes; po118 & po480. How can i put the fan to work when i turn the ignition switch on the fan turns on & when i turn the ignition switch off the fan turn off. Thank u.
