won't start

What is your question?

my vehicle don't start even do i check the fuel filter to see if the lines where clug, checked the fuses, but i did checked the throttle body and when i try to starte it sparks, and the car only cranks and start for a second or two and shuts off. some people tell me that it might be the timing but before i take the timing belt and time it i want to see any other possible problems that might fixes if it is not the timing belt.
