What is your question?
Well we have had freezing weather and I went to use my windshield fluid to clean my window, and when u pull the lever back the wipers work as usual but it doesnt spray, and u can not hear the washer motor, before u could, so im thinking the washer pump went out, I could do this myself, but its 8 degrees and i have no garage what would i be paying cost and labor to have this fixed at a shop.

At 8 degrees, are you sure you don't have frozen water up there? I guess I'm saying check that obvious thing first. Naturally I'm sure you use washer solvent, but i've been there before and have had that happen.
Dave would that cause the washer pump not to work at all, could water freeze inside that pump, causing it not to pump, because the tank was about empty, I filled it up because of the snow we was getting, then when i went to use it, it wouldnt spray, i thought first the lines being froze, but normally u here the washer pump working, now when u pull the lever back to spray, the motor dosent make any noise, but it worked fine up unto we got freezing weather.
Yes, it could cause the pump to not work if it is frozen...or has frozen water in it. The little gear in the motor can't turn if it is frozen. If the reservoir was nearly empty, it is even more reason that what was in there would freeze. The more water no matter what the strength of the anti-freezing solution, the harder it is to freeze. The less water, the quicker.
Thanks for all ur help I dropped it off today to be fixed and they said it would have to sit in the heated garage overnight to unthaw, the worst Im looking at he said was a new pump, cost and labor 100.00 if it unthaws and there no problem with the pump he said he would top it off with fluid and only charge be labor, thanks again.
Nice! Hope it works out with a good thaw.
