What is your question?
friends car was starting and when driving or just idling it would just stall after a while. I noticed that the tack would drop to 0 and I would step on the gas and it would run. When ever it stalls it starts right back up. I sprayed some carb cleaner in the throttle body and cleaned the plate and body with a toothbrush, now it turns over but doesnot start or even hit. What can be wrong. Thank you cdhaze@msn.com

I have a TBI 92 olds shilouette 3.1 and i had a simalir issue, changed the fuel filter and that helped but also check the oil if its out it'll not run at all, and like patrick mannion said without being there to hear it and get "hands on" it's hard to give more ideas
It could be so many things its hard to say with out experiencing the problem first hand or being able to do some diagnostic tests. A engine needs mechanical integrity, fuel and spark to run. Do you have spark at the spark plugs? Try squirting some carb cleaner in the intake manifold and then put the hoses back on and see if the engine then makes an attempt to fire if so it would be most likely you have lost fuel. Crank the engine over with the fuel line going to the fuel rail disconnected and put in a container, on cranking do you have adequate fuel delivery and volume?
I checked tonight and there is no spark on the No. 1 spark plug. So Iam thinking it could be a coil wire or ignition module. What do you think. Thank you cdhaze@msn.com
